    Break the session into a visible time-blocked agenda — teach block, work block, review block — with minutes attached, so buyers can see how much of the session is hands-on.

    List what attendees must bring or prepare: accounts, data, drafts, access. Pull this from the exercise prerequisites in the sources and place it before the checkout, since unprepared attendees produce refund requests.

  • The run-of-show has more content than the stated duration: cut a teach block rather than a work block, and note the cut.
