1. What CreateThisOffer is

CreateThisOffer.com provides Markdown blueprint files intended to be given to AI coding agents so they can build offer pages and flows from source files you own or control.

2. Your account

You need an account to copy offer blueprint links. Keep your credentials and your personal instruction token private — anyone holding your token can fetch offer files as you.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the blueprint files in your own projects and in projects you build for clients. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the blueprint files themselves as a competing library.

4. AI-generated code

The blueprint files direct an AI coding agent. We do not control that agent, and we do not guarantee the code it produces. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code added to your application.

5. Subscriptions

Pro costs $28 per year, billed annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
