Deadline Extension Offer
Reopen a closed offer once, for a named reason, so genuine near-misses can still buy without eroding your future deadlines.
What it adds
The builder constructs a single, honestly-framed reopening from your source files, targeted only at people who demonstrated intent before the close and gated by a real, system-enforced cutoff. It converts by combining relief with credibility: the reason for the extension is stated, the eligible group is defined, and the door genuinely closes again — which is what makes every future deadline believable. The conversion event is a purchase completed inside the extension window by a previously-eligible prospect.

8The actual instructions, in order.
-
1
Inspect the source files and define the eligible audience narrowly: people who visited the checkout, opened final-day messages, or asked a question before the close — never the whole list.
-
2
State the reason for the extension in one honest sentence drawn from a real circumstance documented in the source files, such as a delivery issue, a support backlog, or a technical fault. Do not invent a reason.
-
3
Set a short, absolute new cutoff with a date and time, and enforce it in the system so the purchase path actually stops working at expiry.
-
4
Declare explicitly that this is the only extension and that the terms are identical to the original — changing price or bonuses on reopening punishes everyone who bought on time.
-
5
Send one message, not a sequence; a multi-message extension campaign signals the deadline was never real and damages the next launch.
-
6
Build the reopened purchase page with the live remaining time, the original offer terms unchanged, and a single purchase action; on expiry replace it with a closed state and a waitlist capture.
-
7
Specify layout: mobile places the remaining-time indicator directly above the purchase button in the first screen; tablet keeps offer summary and timer side by side; desktop pins the timer to the purchase panel so it never scrolls out of view alongside the price.
-
8
Suppress everyone who already purchased, log eligibility reason per recipient, and record extension-window purchases separately from original-window purchases.

Edge cases it handles
5The things an agent skips when you only say "build a deadline extension offer".
- A buyer purchased at full terms during the original window: ensure they receive nothing less than extension buyers.
- Someone ineligible receives a forwarded link: decide and implement whether to honor it, and apply that rule consistently.
- The extension cutoff falls across time zones: publish an absolute time with zone and enforce it server-side.
- A payment starts before cutoff and completes after: honor sessions initiated inside the window.
- The original close was never enforced: fix enforcement before running an extension, or the mechanism has no value.

- Eligibility is limited to prospects with recorded pre-close intent, sourced from named files.
- A real, documented reason for the extension is stated in the message.
- The new cutoff is absolute, displayed with time zone, and enforced server-side.
- Terms are identical to the original offer with no added or removed components.
- Mobile, tablet, and desktop each keep the remaining-time indicator adjacent to the purchase control.
- Existing purchasers are suppressed and extension purchases are tracked separately.
- The builder reports which source files supplied the original terms and intent data, and any unresolved eligibility assumptions.

It maps, then builds
Your agent reads the blueprint first, then builds the offer into your app around the product, audience, and stack.
Works with your stack
These blueprints are written to adapt. They tell the agent to detect your framework, match your existing design system, and use your source files instead of guessing the offer.
Need it tighter than that? Customize the offer file and tell it exactly which source docs and stack to use.
