Welcome Offer
Greet a brand-new subscriber with a time-boxed first-purchase incentive while their interest is at its absolute peak.
What it adds
The builder assembles a short welcome sequence and landing experience from your source files that sets expectations, establishes what you stand for, and presents one entry-priced purchase available only during a defined new-subscriber window. It converts by exploiting recency — the person just raised their hand, so the ask is small, the window is honest, and the reason for the window is stated. The conversion event is a first purchase completed inside the welcome window.

What your builder is told to do
8The actual instructions, in order.
-
1
Read the source files to learn what the subscriber just asked for, and open the sequence by delivering on that expectation before introducing any offer.
-
2
Establish three things in the first message: what you send, how often, and what makes your approach different — subscribers who cannot answer these unsubscribe during the first week.
-
3
Select the entry offer from the source files as the product with the lowest commitment and the fastest visible result, not the highest margin.
-
4
Structure the window honestly: define its length, state that it applies to new subscribers, and give the actual reason it exists. Do not fabricate scarcity or a deadline the system will not enforce.
-
5
Build a countdown surface that reflects real remaining time per subscriber, with the offer genuinely unavailable at expiry rather than silently persisting.
-
6
Sequence three to four short messages: welcome and deliver, position and differentiate, present the offer, then a final window reminder — each readable in under a minute.
-
7
Set layout expectations: emails render single-column at mobile width with a full-width button; the offer landing page shows headline, price, window status, and purchase control within the first tablet screen; desktop keeps the window indicator adjacent to the price rather than in a separate banner.
-
8
Track window start per subscriber, suppress the offer for anyone who purchases early, and move buyers into the customer path immediately on conversion.

Edge cases it handles
5The things an agent skips when you only say "build a welcome offer".
- A subscriber joins from a channel where they already saw the offer: skip the redundant reveal and shorten the sequence.
- A subscriber buys on message two: cancel remaining offer messages instantly.
- The window expires while a subscriber is mid-checkout: honor the session already started.
- A subscriber re-subscribes after unsubscribing: do not restart the window.
- Time zones: base window expiry on the subscriber's opt-in timestamp, not on a server-local day boundary.

- The first message delivers what was promised at opt-in before any offer appears.
- Send frequency, content type, and differentiation are stated explicitly in the sequence.
- The window has a stated length and real reason, and the offer is technically unavailable after expiry.
- Mobile, tablet, and desktop rendering is verified for both emails and the offer page.
- Early purchasers are suppressed from remaining offer messages.
- Window timing is per-subscriber and based on their opt-in timestamp.
- The builder documents which source files supplied positioning and the entry product, and lists unresolved assumptions.

It maps, then builds
Your agent reads the blueprint first, then builds the offer into your app around the product, audience, and stack.
Works with your stack
These blueprints are written to adapt. They tell the agent to detect your framework, match your existing design system, and use your source files instead of guessing the offer.
Need it tighter than that? Customize the offer file and tell it exactly which source docs and stack to use.
